Recruiting
new affiliates to run CPA, CPI and CPL campaigns (to name a few). The candidate
should be an expert in delivering “Lead Campaigns”.

Negotiating
terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule)

Analyse
campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
§
Manage
the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend
§
Deliver
affiliate marketing reports to senior management
§
Initiate
new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme

Develop
the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate
partners and delivering sales volume
§
Ensure
timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
Requirements:

track record in previous role

good understanding of tracking technology and mobile advertising.

To qualify
as a suitable candidate:
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop ,
HTML and CSS
- Making Website Layout on Photoshop
- Converting PSD to HTML
- Creating Website Banners, Flash Banners
- Product Images – Correction, Resize, Creation
- Emailer Design & Convert PSD to HTML
- 1+ Year of experience.
Management Trainee
To qualify as a suitable candidate:

department

Learns line and staff functions, operations,
management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase
of business.

Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge
of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental
duties.
Job Description:

Should have deep knowledge of the various
formulas of Microsoft Excel, apart from basic formulas like vlookup, hlookup,
sum, countif etc.

Should be good with MS Office specially
PowerPoint and Word along with MS Excel.

Should have idea of VBA, Macros and Dashboard.

Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the
same as per the requirement,

Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports

Coordinating with different teams for the data
and checking its accuracy.

Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical
reports.
·
Prepare Ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon
requests.
·
Should be flexible, can work in different shifts
and rotational offs.
